Contract: Refurbishment of Riverside House which overlooks Hull’s historic Victoria Pier.

We are particularly proud of this stunning renovation. The building had been vacant for a number of years with the usual problems of neglect.

Externally the building has been given a modern facelift with new high performance windows, concrete repairs, cleaning and repairing of the brickwork and full decorations which has totally transformed its appearance.

Internally the building underwent a full internal high quality refurbishment. This incorporated both sympathetic restoration of the existing features which blended with a modern twist of full height glazed partitions, feature walls, exposed services, a superb first floor terrace including a bespoke glazed walkover skylight incorporating coloured LED lighting creating both an elegant but practical modern facility to supplement our clients status.
