Contract: Refurbishment of Library within School

The refurbishment of the existing library area to the 1st floor area of the main block. The work involved the removal of the existing internal ceiling structure, the roof structure been underdrawn and insulated to incorporate a ventilated space and velux roof lights. Additionally the construction of a mezzanine floor complete with an independent staircase. The upgrading of all existing services, flooring and decorative finishes together with design and installation of furniture.
