Affordable Housing – Leconfield

Client: East Riding of Yorkshire Council
Contract: Affordable Housing – Leconfield, New Build

This contract was procured via the YORbuild Framework and involved the construction of 4 houses to level 3 of the code for sustainable homes, including specialist infrastructure works of a rising pumped main and permeable access road. The completed homes provide fabulous two and three bedroom accommodation in the very attractive setting.
