Initially established in 1991 by Stephen Voase as S Voase Building and Joinery Services; the company then became a Partnership incorporating Victoria Voase; followed in 1998 by the company progressing to a Private Limited Company with Stephen Voase as the Director and Victoria Voase the Company Secretary.

The Company has had a sustained growth ensuring its progression within the Construction Industry, providing employees, clients, subcontractors and suppliers with confidence and reassurance that they are working together with a progressive and well established organisation.
