YORbuild2 Contractors Framework Agreement

We are very proud to have successfully completed the 18 month procurement process and to be awarded a Framework agreement with three regional councils’ as a YORbuild2 Main Contractor.

‘YORbuild2 is a Construction Framework which has been developed to provide an efficient and collaborative approach to the procurement of Construction Projects. YORbuild can be accessed by any Local Authority, Public Sector Body or Third Sector Organisation with access to high quality construction contractors.’
The YORbuild 2 Framework launched in February 2016 and will run until the end of February 2020.

Between 2009 and 2016 our Company carried out numerous contracts under the original YORbuild Framework and were one of the best performing contractors on the Framework. We are now committed to progressing well on the new YORbuild 2 Framework and to meeting the Frameworks Key Performance Indicators on which we are measured.
