Contract - New Build Garden Centre in Woodmansey, East Yorkshire

The garden Centre, now known as Peter Barrett's, was a new build contract carried out to a tight schedule during 2006. It involved the construction of a 24,000 square foot building to house a sales floor, butchers counter and prep area, deli and a restaurant to seat 200 people; together with landscaping and access roads.
