S Voase Builders Ltd are currently involved in the development of a new Business Park on Sutton Fields Industrial Estate.

The ‘Fretwells Business Park’ currently consists of the former Fretwells print building which has been subdivided, providing a unit to the rear which now houses the new offices and warehouse for S Voase Builders.
